PARTICIPATORY DEFENSE IS HAPPENING THROUGHOUT THE COUNTRY!
The National Participatory Defense Network is made of hubs around the country who:
1) Agree to uphold the principles of participatory defense,
2) Have been rigorously trained in the principles and tools of participatory defense by Silicon Valley De-Bug's National Participatory Defense training team
3) Commit to regularly contributing as members of the Network through shared learnings. We build together to learn from each other, share common strategies, and develop a shared vision for our communities.
4) Are listed on this National Participatory Defense Network website.
We all hold meetings in our cities to support individuals facing charges in the system and their families, and organize campaigns to transform the criminal justice system stemming from the families most directly impacted by the injustices of the criminal, juvenile, and immigration court systems.
